1. What is Vibo?
Vibo is an all-in-one event planning app that allows you to create timelines, plan music, add notes, invite guests, and collaborate seamlessly from your phone. Each event type has a custom layout, but it remains fully editable so you have complete control over your planning process.
2. How does the monthly payment work?
After signing up, you will receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link. Once you enter your card details, billing will occur on the 1st of the month following your signup and will continue on a month-to-month basis until your event.
There are no prorated amounts for early-month weddings—billing cycles run full months.
Your subscription automatically stops after your event, so you don’t need to worry about canceling manually.
3. What happens after I sign up?
Once you submit your information, we will create your event manually based on your preferences and send you an invoice for review. After your payment is processed, your event will be fully activated in the app. Payments are automatically pulled on the 1st of every month and will stop after your event.
4. Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes! If you need to cancel before your event, simply send us a text or email, and we will cancel your subscription promptly.
No early cancellation fees—you won’t be charged anything extra for canceling.
However, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

5. Is the app easy to use?
Absolutely! Vibo is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, making event planning simple and stress-free. You can share your event with planners, DJs, and guests, ensuring smooth coordination.
There is no limit to the number of users you can invite.
Even those who are not tech-savvy will find it easy to navigate.
6. What devices can I use Vibo on?
Vibo is optimized for mobile devices but also functions well on most tablets. We recommend using it on your smartphone for the best experience.
7. Can I invite my planner, DJ, or guests to collaborate?
Yes! You have two profile options when inviting others to your event:
Admin: Full control over planning (ideal for planners and trusted individuals).
Be selective about who gets Admin access, as they can make major changes.
Guest: Can view selected content and heart songs but cannot make changes.
A great way to involve your guests while maintaining full control.
8. What happens if I miss a payment?
Your subscription is auto-billed. If your payment is declined:
Your event in the app will be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to restore access.
Our goal is to make event planning stress-free, so we are always happy to assist.
9. Do I pay for this with your services?
NO! if you are using us for any service this app is free of charge to our customers.
