Military Ball Pricing

This Military event package is designed to give you peace of mind on your big day. We will be there with you from start to finish, without charging you extra for extended hours. We understand how important it is to have everything go smoothly during your event, and that's why we arrive a few hours before to set up and ensure everything is perfect. Our team will be there throughout the event, making sure everything runs smoothly, and we will only need an hour to tear down afterward.

Please note that additional travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event. Our pricing is based on events in Onslow and Jones counties, but we can provide you with a quote for events outside of this area.

BasicMilitary Ball Package

What you get:
The basic Military Event package comes with everything needed to get the party started.

Main room setup:
With this package, we will provide a high-end sound system and wireless microphones. 

special lighting for the DJ booth and wall behind the DJ

Send off:
If you choose to have a grand exit, we will provide you with a speaker, music, and a professional quality bubble machine (if wanted)

We will provide 2 wireless microphones and up to 4 wireless lapel microphones if needed for speeches.

Classic Military Ball Package

With the Classic Package, you get everything included in the Basic Package but add room-filling high-end lighting. 

When upgrading to the Classic Package you receive room-filling lights that can be customized to the colors of your choice and give that wow factor to your guests.

When you add up lighting to a room it makes your venue look amazing and adds that wow factor.

Mega Military Ball Package

The mega package brings out everything!

If you want your guests to have the max amount of entertainment and bring a high-end night club feel to your location this is the package you want.

We will provide you with all the visual effects to make the room pop and the sound that keeps the students in the venue. 

What we bring:

-Moving club style lights.
-Laser light show (goes over the heads of the students and onto the wall
opposite the DJ booth).
-Fog machine or Haze machine (call for more info and how this is vital to
provide a great look in the room. See picture).
-Overhead trussing that can accommodate 2 60-inch TV screens.
-Premium sound system.
-Hand-held lights and items for the crowd to hold (glow sticks, finger lights,  LED Beachballs etc.)
-Large stage to elevate the DJ booth area.

This package is a guaranteed way for your guests to enjoy the show and have them talking about it for weeks after. 

This package is only recommended for events that want to have a high-end club-like feel on the dance floor and for events that have 250+ people in attendance

NOTE: We will need extra time in the venue for setup and tear down.
